CONTEST RULES

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

1.         Eligibility: This Contest is open only to those who sign up at https://www.bisonhip.com , subscribe at Bison Hip YouTube channel https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCIv1axV93z6_WaU6ut7_EkA and share 3 of the bands YouTube videos. Age restriction 13
2.         Agreement to Rules: By participating, the Contestant (“You”) agree that you have affirmatively reviewed and accepted, and agree to be fully unconditionally bound by, these Rules, and You represent and warrant that You meet the eligibility requirements.
3.         How to Enter: sign up at https://www.bisonhip.com , subscribe at Bison Hip YouTube channel https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCIv1axV93z6_WaU6ut7_EkA and share 3 of the bands YouTube videos. The entry must full-fill all Contest requirements, as specified, to be eligible to win a prize. Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Bison Hip.

4.         Prizes: The Winner(s) of the Contest (the “Winner”) will a Guitar prize as described with an approximate retail value of £400. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award.
   Two Runners up will receive one free t-shirt. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Bison Hip. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted. The prize is non-transferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Bison Hip to use Winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
5.         Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
6.         Winner Selection and Notification: Winner will be selected by random drawing. Winner will be notified by email or facebook within five (5) days following selection of Winner.  If Winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within five (5) days from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release (if required), the prize may be forfeited and an alternate Winner selected. Bison Hip will be the sole judge of the Winner’s qualification.
7.         Terms & Conditions: Bison Hip reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the contest for any reason. In such case,Bison Hip may (but is not required to) select the Winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after such termination or suspension.
